Entropy moves through a lot of territory without standing still. The song shifts constantly in texture, intensity and direction and builds towards an ending that breaks the song open.

Lyrics

violence, the ignorance of truth, a shattered mind a broken youth – sane or in vain can you blame a crooked mind, but have you ever really contemplated suicide – now and then I watch you bleed – as the anxiety comes back to me – strife and defiance from your mouth – contempt and madness dries me out – craftsman of divine capacity – sort from the chaff the godless wheat – bow down – fear the entropy – bow down – all you give makes me complete – I plant the seed – of your heresy – defiance, the attempt to catch your breath – consume your soul and rip your flesh – try to defy time and time again – open your eyes onto everything that’s left – bow down – fear the entropy – bow down – all you give makes me complete – bow down – bow down – open your eyes – enter the divine – bow before implacability – nothing’s left, the agony is done – now that we will see – in the end your journey has begun – feel the entropy – all for nothing, the light is dead and gone – now that we can see – where the echo dissolved where it came from – feel the entropy – the fading light gives birth to all

Entropy Sessions

ENTROPY was written and recorded in early 2026 at Unleash The Sound, the studio run by our bassist and producer Matze Schmitt. The writing pulled from a wider range of influences this time, drawing on modern, almost industrial-leaning textures alongside the heavy death metal foundation. The song changes direction often, different sections carry different weight and mood. For the final chorus, we recorded group shouts and a choir to give the ending a larger scale. The artwork is hand-drawn and depicts a shadowy, decomposing figure rooted in the Philosophy of Redemption – the idea of a metaphorization in which the universe originates from the self-destruction of God, that all existence is part of a slow fragmented, decomposing corpse moving toward nothingness.
