Refund & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

(Please note: This 30-day policy is a voluntary extension. Your legal 14-day Right of Withdrawal remains unaffected by these rules.)

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Apparel (T-Shirts, Hoodies, etc.): Must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Physical Music (CDs, Vinyl, etc.): Must be unopened and still in its original shrink-wrap or factory seal. Opened physical media cannot be returned.

Alcohol / Beverages (Gin): Bottles must be completely unopened, and the original tamper-evident seal must be strictly intact. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or unsealed bottles.

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital goods and downloadable software/music products
  • Gift cards
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@betrayal.eu.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email first at contact@betrayal.eu and send your item to our address below.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
